Gregory Rasnake is a
graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a former Labor Relations
Specialist with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and a former Staff
Attorney with the Federal Aviation Administration. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar
Association, the Federal Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for
Veterans Claims, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern
Districts of Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. Feel free to

Steven Davis is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the
New York University School of Law. He served as a law clerk to the
Honorable Robert R. Beezer, Circuit Judge, United States Court of
Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After his clerkship, he worked as an
associate with Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP in Seattle, Washington,
and as an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo
Alto, California. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the
Washington State Bar Association, and the State Bar of California. He
is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western
